Return Policy

At nextdrive.lk, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our users. However, we understand that there may be instances where you require a refund or cancellation. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be offered and the procedures for requesting one.

1. General Policy

Given the nature of our services, including digital classified ad listings, membership packages, and third-party services (e.g., vehicle inspections), all purchases are final and non-refundable except in certain cases as outlined below.

2. Refunds for Membership Packages

Membership packages allow users to post multiple classified ads and access premium features. Refunds for membership packages may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • 1. Technical Errors: If you were charged more than once for the same membership package due to a technical issue, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • 2. Service Non-Delivery: If, due to an error on our part, you are unable to post ads or access the membership benefits within 72 hours of payment, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. However, once ad postings have been utilized, refunds will not be offered.

Important: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind, no longer require the service, or fail to use the membership benefits before expiration.

3. Classified Ad Posting Fees

All fees for posting advertisements on nextdrive.lk(including vehicle sales, rentals, spare parts, and services) are non-refundable once the ad is live on the website. Refunds may be considered only if:

  • 1. Your ad was not posted due to a system error, and we are unable to rectify it within 48 hours.
  • 2. Your ad was removed by us for reasons other than a violation of our terms and conditions.

4. Refunds for Third-Party Services

nextdrive.lk partners with third-party service providers for vehicle inspections and other services. Payments made for these services are governed by the third-party provider’s return and refund policies. We facilitate the connection between users and third-party providers but are not responsible for the performance or refund of services delivered by these providers. If you have a dispute or issue with a third-party service, please contact the service provider directly. If you need assistance with contacting them, feel free to reach out to us at support@nextdrive.lk, and we will do our best to assist.

5. AI Tools, Dashboards, and Proprietary Features

Refunds are not offered for services related to the AI-powered vehicle market analyzer, business dashboard, proprietary vehicle evaluation tools, or any other analytical services provided on the platform. These services are considered as delivered once you have accessed them.

6. Refunds for Certification Services

nextdrive.lk offers certification to registered vehicle service providers and sellers. Refunds for certification fees may be offered only if:

  • 1. The certification process was not initiated due to an error on our part.
  • 2. Your application was declined without review.

If your certification is denied due to failure to provide accurate documentation or meet our criteria, refunds will not be provided.

7. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the conditions above, please contact us at support@nextdrive.lk with the following details:

  • 1. Your name and email address
  • 2. Date of purchase or transaction
  • 3. The reason for the refund request
  • 4. Supporting documentation or screenshots (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Changes to the Return Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
